Perspective

I am a book reader; I know how it feels when I see something in a characters point of view. It gives me a chance to think in a perspective other than mine. I feel it is necessary for each one of us to know the importance of perspective. By looking at a situation in many perspectives gives a better idea of it. When we figure out that there are many ways to conclude, we start understanding better. In the world like ours it is not easy to jump to a solution by looking into a problem in only our perspective. I feel books help me become broad minded. I have come across many situations in which I feel perspective has played a crucial role. One incidence that happened recently on 21 July 2017 I went with nine friends to a contest “Solve - a -thon” , the program started and candidates with idea came up on stage, they were allotted one minute of time, the candidates who attended this program can join hands with the idea they like. My friends left me at 12:30. They did not like any idea proposed by the candidates. They did not even think for a split of second if they could try to understand the total idea of the candidates. On the other hand I was thinking of all the possibilities in my mind. I had it clear “I would not judge the candidates idea in one minute of talk” I stayed back. I came to know like minded people. I was feeling happy that I did not decide to leave the place along with my friends. I could do this because of the ability to see in different perspectives. If I would have left the place I could never know if I could get an opportunity like this again. Perspective makes a person efficient. The problem solving capacity will increase. People will be happy.
